Job summary

Argo Group is seeking an AVP to lead its claims quality assurance and performance management. This role designs and evolves the QA program, linking audit results to KPI trends and executive reporting, while guiding improvements across the claims organization. Based in-office with multiple U.S.

locations, you will drive data-driven QA, governance, and performance initiatives. Ideal candidates bring a strong QA background in P&C claims, leadership experience, and expertise in Guidewire, analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD, advanced degree, CPCU, AIC, SCLA, Six Sigma/Lean, PMP, Prosci, Guidewire cert preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive P&C claims experience, with leadership in QA or performance management program experience.
• Must translate QA findings into measurable improvements and actionable training/leadership actions.
• Strong knowledge of claims KPIs, audit scoring models, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of Argo’s claims QA program.
• Develop QA audit methodology, scoring models, and sampling strategies.
• Translate audit findings into training, process improvements, and leadership decisions.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on claim quality and performance metrics.
• Oversee technology-enabled QA tools and data integrity initiatives.
