Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive P&C claims experience with strong technical claim handling, coverage, reserving, litigation management, and claim strategy expertise.
• Ability to translate QA findings into measurable claim quality improvements and leadership reporting.
• Experience partnering with senior claims leadership and IT/data teams to implement enterprise-wide improvements.

Responsibilities

• QA Strategy, Governance & Compliance: reestablish QA program aligned with enterprise standards and develop QA methodology.
• Claims Performance Intelligence: define KPIs and build analytics linking QA to claim quality and KPI trends.
• Operational Excellence, Technology & Continuous Improvement: oversee data integrity, identify inefficiencies, and drive automation and continuous improvement.
