Responsibilities

• Reestablish and evolve Argo's QA program in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define QA audit methodology, scoring models, and sampling strategies.
• Translate audit findings into training, process improvements, and leadership actions.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on claim quality and operational trends.
• Lead integration of data analytics and AI-enabled QA tools to improve efficiency.
