Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our Project Controls team across multiple U.S. locations. This leadership role focuses on cost management, scheduling, forecasting, risk management, change management, and analytics for major aviation programs.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive project controls expertise with strong leadership, client relationship management, and business development capabilities to deliver complex airport and landside infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; 15+ years in project controls.
• 8+ years leading controls teams on aviation/infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for large-scale aviation programs through design, construction, and closeout.
• Develop governance frameworks and provide strategic controls direction to clients and PMs.
• Direct budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and EVM reporting.
• Oversee CPM schedules in Primavera P6 and monitor schedule risk.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts.
