Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead project controls for major aviation programs nationwide. The role emphasizes cost management, scheduling, risk, and governance, with a focus on delivering value to airport authorities, airlines, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring extensive aviation program experience, strong leadership, and a track record in business development and client management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience supporting large capital programs.
• 8+ years of experience managing project controls teams on aviation, transportation, or major infrastructure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of cost engineering, CPM scheduling, risk management, change management, forecasting, EVM, governance, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for project controls across large aviation programs.
• Direct cost management, budgets, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and cost reports.
• Oversee CPM scheduling and analysis using Primavera P6 and related tools.
• Lead risk management, change management, and contingency planning.
• Deliver executive-level project controls reporting and client briefings.
• Mentor project controls professionals and contribute to business development efforts.
