STV is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our Project Controls team, leading controls for major aviation programs across multiple client locations in the United States. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience supporting large capital programs.
• 8+ years of experience managing project controls teams on aviation, transportation, or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost engineering, CPM scheduling, risk and change management, forecasting, EVM, governance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls functions across large-scale aviation programs from planning through closeout.
• Develop and implement project controls governance frameworks and best practices.
• Serve as primary advisor to project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop integrated controls strategies for cost, schedule, risk, and performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and performance challenges.
• Direct budgets, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and cost reporting.
• Oversee CPM schedules, critical path analysis, and recovery plans.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and risk workshops; manage risk registers.
• Produce executive-level project controls reporting and dashboards.
• Mentor and develop project controls staff and support business development.
