Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in project controls, strong leadership, and expertise in Primavera P6, EVM, and performance reporting. This is a high-impact, national aviation practice position.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience on large capital programs.
• 8+ years of leading project controls teams in aviation/infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in cost, scheduling, risk, and EVM.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency; expert with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for large aviation programs from planning through closeout.
• Develop governance, standards and best practices for project controls.
• Provide strategic guidance to project teams and clients on cost, schedule, and risk.
• Oversee CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, and earned value management.
• Deliver executive level reporting and performance dashboards.
