Encore Global in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead to bridge between the technical lead and the technical specialist, overseeing small general sessions and assisting with larger events.

You will operate and troubleshoot AV equipment, mentor staff, and ensure excellent customer service with hotel and client relations, while maintaining safety and proper equipment handling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in specialty area is required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet/complete all training and certification requirements as determined by Encore’s Global Learning Training Program.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
