Job summary

You report to an Operations Manager or DET and guide a team of technicians during events. The role emphasizes equipment operation, customer service, staff development, and on-site supervision, with strong focus on safety, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of field experience in specialty area required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• External applicants must meet/complete all training and certifications within 60 days.
• Internal applicants must meet certification requirements per Encore policies.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down advanced audiovisual equipment with precision.
• Troubleshoots technical issues quickly and ensures equipment security.
• Delivers excellent service and communicates effectively with clients.
• Mentors staff and oversees technicians during events.
• Performs inventory and forecasts equipment needs.
