Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of field experience required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications required for this position within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Operates and oversees equipment setup, operation, and breakdown for events to ensure flawless execution.
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains positive client relationships.
• Mentors and coaches teammates to develop technical skills and leadership abilities.
• Supervises other technicians during events and coordinates with operations staff.
