Encore Global is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead to bridge the gap between technical lead and specialist, reporting to an Operations Manager or Director. The role emphasizes equipment operation, customer service, training, and event supervision within hotel/convention center settings.

The position requires 2+ years in a relevant field plus customer service or hospitality experience. A valid driver’s license is often required, and lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of field experience in specialty area is required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications required for this position within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet/complete all training and certification requirements as determined by Encore’s Global Learning Training Program.
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse work force, customer base and senior level management.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles; DOT requirements may apply if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Operates and troubleshoots advanced audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains strong client relationships.
• Mentors and coaches staff to develop technical skills and leadership capabilities.
• Supervises and directs technicians during events and pre/post-event phases.
• Maintains equipment security, storage, transport, and preventive maintenance; conducts inventory forecasting.
