Encore Global in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead to bridge the gap between technical lead and specialist. This on-site role reports to an Operations Manager and focuses on small general sessions while supporting larger events.

The position requires 2+ years in the field, a preferred Bachelor’s degree, and strong hospitality and customer-service skills to deliver flawless events. Training, supervision, and maintenance responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in the specialty area.
• Strong customer, client and coworker interface abilities.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and senior management.
• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that may operate Company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Equipment Operation: setup, operation and breakdown of advanced audiovisual equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and ensure security and safety measures.
• Customer Service: exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships.
• Training/Staff Development: mentor and coach team members to develop skills.
• Event Supervision: supervise and direct technicians during events.
