Job summary

Encore is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead to bridge between technical lead and specialist, reporting to an Operations Manager or DET.

The role focuses on small general sessions or assisting with larger sessions, ensuring flawless setup, operation, and teardown of advanced AV equipment, and delivering exceptional client service. The position also involves staff development and event supervision to uphold Encore's service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in the specialty area.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Operates and troubleshoots advanced AV equipment for events from pre- to post-event.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains client relationships during events.
• Mentors team members and supports training and development efforts.
• Supervises technicians during events and coordinates with operations staff.
• Manages equipment security, maintenance, storage and inventory forecasting.
