Job summary

Daisy is a national leader in smart space installation and services, seeking a Senior Service Technician in Norwalk, CT. You will be the primary client contact, keeping AV systems running smoothly and performing advanced troubleshooting in field settings.

You will install, maintain, and upgrade systems, build lasting client relationships, and log activities in our CRM while traveling to site locations. A minimum of 3 AV years is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of direct Audio Video (AV) experience.
• Experience with networking, control systems, and technology integration preferred.
• Control4 Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied physical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong client relationships and guide on optimizing AV systems.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Assess, test, and maintain AV, networking, control, and security gear.
• Service Coordination: Quote and manage repairs or upgrades with timely resolution.
• Documentation: Log all service activities and client interactions in CRM.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, service, and trade teams for cohesive delivery.
• Administration: Manage a client book and report improvements to leadership.
