Job summary

Daisy is seeking a Senior Service Technician to be the primary contact for clients and keep smart space systems running smoothly. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on AV experience is required, with strong troubleshooting skills and field service readiness in the Kalamazoo area.

Responsibilities include maintenance, repairs, quotes, and coordination with sales and service teams. Travel to job sites and CRM documentation are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of direct AV experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with networking, control systems and tech integration preferred.
• Control4 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and build strong relationships for AV optimization, repair and upgrades.
• Perform assessments, testing, and maintenance of AV, networking, control and security systems.
• Identify, quote and manage repairs or upgrades to ensure timely resolutions.
• Log all service activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, service and trade teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Manage a dedicated client book and report results to leadership.
