Job summary

Daisy in New York is seeking a Senior Service Technician to be the primary client contact, keeping smart space systems running smoothly and securely. A seasoned AV professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience is required to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize sophisticated technology while delivering a world-class client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct Audio Video (AV) experience.
• Experience with networking, control systems, and technology integration preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to optimize, repair, and upgrade AV and smart space systems.
• Perform assessments, testing, and maintenance of AV, networking, control, and security equipment.
• Quote and manage repairs or upgrades for timely resolutions.
• Document service activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and trade teams for cohesive service delivery.
• Manage a dedicated client book and report results to leadership.
