Job summary

Daisy is seeking an AV Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and support audio, visual, controls, and security systems in both residential and commercial settings. Our Lead Technicians build trusted client relationships while representing the Daisy brand and delivering practical tech solutions.

You will read schematics, train end users, and escalates issues as needed. The role requires site travel, safe tool use, and collaboration with builders and professionals to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of AV/Networking /Technology Integration Experience.
• Control4 Certification.
• Motivated to learn new technologies and processes.
• Exhibits strong management and leadership skills; capable of leading and motivating others.
• Can pass a drug screen and background check.
• Possess a valid North Carolina driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle.
• Able to independently lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of sitting, standing, and kneeling for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, floor plans, specifications, and manuals.
• Manage all aspects of support including end-user training, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Collaborate on problem-solving in installation standards and share challenges during team meetings.
• Travels to various job sites; uses hand and power tools safely; maintains tools, equipment, and vehicle.
• Interact with clients, builders, and industry professionals.
• Communicate progress with the project manager on a daily basis.
