Daisy is seeking a Senior Service Technician to be the primary client contact, keeping smart space systems running flawlessly. A seasoned AV professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize complex technology while delivering world-class service.

The role involves field-based work, travel to job sites, and direct client interaction, with a competitive compensation package and opportunities for certification and growth within the Daisy network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of direct Audio Video (AV) experience.
• Experience with networking, control systems, and technology integration preferred.
• Control4 Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and build lasting relationships while advising on AV and smart space system upgrades.
• Perform assessments, testing, and maintenance of AV, networking, control systems, and security equipment.
• Identify, quote, and manage necessary repairs or upgrades to ensure timely resolutions.
• Log all service activities, updates, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and trade teams to deliver cohesive service.
