Job summary

Daisy is seeking a Senior Service Technician to be the primary client contact, keeping smart space systems running and optimized. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of direct AV experience and strong diagnostic skills across AV, networking, and control systems.

You will lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades, coordinate service activities, document all interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of direct Audio Video (AV) experience is required.
• Experience with networking, control systems, and technology integration is strongly preferred.
• Control4 Certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied physical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement: build and sustain strong client relationships and guide optimization, repair, and upgrades of AV and smart space systems.
• Maintenance & troubleshooting: perform assessments, testing, and maintenance of AV, networking, control systems, and security equipment, resolving issues efficiently.
• Service coordination: identify, quote, and manage necessary repairs or upgrades for timely, high-quality resolution.
• Documentation: log all service activities, updates, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaboration: partner with sales, service, and trade teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Administration: manage a dedicated client book, expand relationships, and report results to leadership.
