Job summary

Daisy Orlando is seeking a Senior Service Technician to be the primary client contact, troubleshooting and maintaining sophisticated smart space and AV systems. The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on AV experience, with preference for those skilled in networking and control systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of direct Audio-Video (AV) experience.
Experience with networking, control systems, and technology integration.
Control4 Certification (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Build and sustain strong client relationships and guide on AV/smart space upgrades.
Perform assessments, testing and maintenance of AV, networking, control systems, and security equipment.
Identify, quote, and manage repairs or upgrades with timely resolutions.
Log all service activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Partner with sales, service and trade teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
Manage a dedicated client book and report results to leadership.
