Waveguide seeks a Lead Technology Advocate in Bothell, WA, to oversee AV and VTC systems for executive and conference center meetings. You will manage testing, maintenance, and support, while guiding end users and coordinating with internal staff to ensure event success.

The role requires 3–5 years in AV tech management, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office; CTS certification is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Three to five years audiovisual technology management experience.
• Three to five years AV and presentation technologies experience.
• Three to five years customer service experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CTS certification by InfoComm is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversees testing, maintenance, asset management, operation, and tear down of AV and VTC equipment.
• Provides best effort assistance to fulfill audiovisual technical requirements.
• Produces monthly room usage and maintenance reports.
• Maintains process for trouble tickets and issue resolution logs.
• Handles videoconference support from setup to end-user training and escalation.
• Educates end users on presentation technologies.
• Troubleshoots AV and videoconferencing technologies and performs preventive maintenance.
• Escalates non-AV issues to the appropriate department.
