• Extensive knowledge of network connectivity and firmware updates.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for audio-visual systems.
• Experience with laptops, projectors, mics, and remote participation technology.

Responsabilidades

• Manage events in multipurpose and conference spaces.
• Set up and break down room furniture; ensure room cleanliness.
• Maintain and update AV equipment; ensure firmware is current.
• Coordinate conference functions to maximize space usage.
• Provide high-touch customer service during events.
