Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead in Boston to bridge the gap between technical leadership and specialist roles. You will oversee advanced audiovisual setup, operation and breakdown for events while ensuring security, safety and client satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with internal teams on event solutions, and uphold Encore's service standards in a dynamic hotel/conference setting. This role requires strong communication and leadership across multiple teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2+ years of field experience in specialty area required.
2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Internal applicants must meet training/certification requirements per Encore's Global Learning Training Program.
External applicants must meet/validate training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
Valid driver’s license required for roles operating company vehicles.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot advanced audiovisual equipment with precision for events.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
Mentor and develop technical and operations staff.
Supervise and direct technicians during events.
Assist with equipment storage, maintenance and forecasting of needs.
