Job summary

Encore seeks a Sr. Technical Lead to bridge between technical lead and specialist roles in a hotel/convention center setting. You will operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-end AV gear while ensuring excellent client service during events.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AV tech or related field, with hospitality experience and solid leadership capabilities. This is an on-site role requiring lift of up to 50 lbs and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and professional certifications considered a plus.
• 2+ years of field experience in specialty area is required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
