Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 2+ years field experience required.
• 2–3 years customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• All training and certifications per Encore’s program for the role.
• Driver’s license required for some positions; DOT rules may apply.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operates, sets up, and breaks down advanced AV equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains client relationships.
• Mentors staff and develops technical leadership skills.
• Supervises technicians during events and coordinates with teams.
• Maintains equipment security, storage, transport, and inventory.
