Job summary

Daisy seeks a Senior Service Technician to be the primary client contact for keeping smart space systems running flawlessly. The role requires a seasoned AV professional with at least 3 years of hands-on AV experience who can troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize complex systems while delivering a world-class client experience.

Responsibilities include client engagement, system maintenance, quotes for repairs, and CRM-based documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct Audio Video (AV) experience required.
• Experience with networking, control systems, and technology integration strongly preferred.
• Savant / Crestron certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to optimize, repair, and upgrade AV and smart space systems.
• Perform assessments, testing, and maintenance of AV, networking, control, and security equipment.
• Identify, quote, and manage necessary repairs or upgrades with timely resolution.
• Log all service activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and trade teams for cohesive service delivery.
• Manage a dedicated client book and report results to leadership.
