Job summary

Daisy is a national leader in smart space installation and services, delivering customized AV and smart-space solutions for homes and offices. As a Senior Service Technician, you will be the primary client contact, keeping systems running at peak performance with independent troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance.

You will work field-based across various sites, lifting up to 50 pounds, and coordinating repairs or upgrades while delivering a world-class client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of direct Audio Video (AV) experience - required.
• Experience with networking, control systems, and technology integration strongly preferred.
• Control4 Certification (preferred).
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied physical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to build and sustain relationships and advise on AV and smart space system optimization, repairs, and upgrades.
• Perform assessments, testing, and maintenance of audio-visual, networking, control systems, and security equipment; resolve issues.
• Identify, quote, and manage necessary repairs or upgrades; ensure timely resolution for clients.
• Log all service activities, updates, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and trade teams to deliver cohesive service.
• Manage a dedicated client book and report results to leadership.
