Job summary

Daisy is seeking a Senior Service Technician in Kalamazoo to be the primary contact for our clients, keeping smart space systems running flawlessly. You will apply 3+ years of Audio Video experience to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize advanced AV, networking and control systems while delivering a world-class client experience.

This field-based role requires travel to job sites, hands-on tool use, and collaboration with sales and service teams; Control4 certification and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of direct Audio Video experience.
• Experience with networking, control systems, and technology integration preferred.
• Control4 Certification preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and guide on optimizing, repairing, and upgrading AV systems.
• Perform assessments, testing, and maintenance of AV and networking equipment.
• Identify, quote, and manage repairs or upgrades.
• Document all service activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and trade teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Manage a dedicated client book and report results to leadership.
