Job summary

CTI is seeking an Audio Video Field Specialist in Novi, MI with at least 4 years of AV installation, commissioning, and service experience. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure systems operate at optimum levels.

You must excel in customer service, communication, and be able to work independently with minimal guidance. Associates degree preferred, with competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, but we consider experience.
• At least 4 years of AV installations, commissioning, and service experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues on-site.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep systems operating optimally.
• Collaborate with programmers to load updated files and configurations.
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of systems.
