Job summary

CTI in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Audio Visual Integration Technician to install and service AV systems for our clients. You will read drawings, perform rack fabrication, pull cables, and ensure top-notch customer service while collaborating with a skilled team.

Education: associates preferred; 2+ years AV installation experience preferred; must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree preferred, experience considered.
• Customer-focused, able to communicate clearly with clients.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints and work with AV equipment.
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install audio, video, control systems, and video conferencing equipment.
• Rack fabrication and cable pulling/termination.
• Read drawings/blueprints and perform system maintenance.
• Provide service and support; handle tasks as assigned.
