Job summary

CTI is seeking an Audio Video Field Specialist for the Minneapolis, MN branch. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration in installations, commissioning, and service, and demonstrates a strong customer-focused approach.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and configure AV systems in a collaborative environment. This role emphasizes independent work with minimal guidance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree preferred, not required.
• Customer service experience is a must, with strong client focus.
• Attitude and aptitude: eager to learn and tackle situations.
• AV/IT networking: knowledge of audio-visual integration industry with 4+ years in installations, commissioning and service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep systems operating at optimum levels.
• Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files.
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions.
• Other tasks as assigned.
