Job summary

CTI is seeking an Audio Video Field Specialist in the Detroit area with up to 50% travel. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of AV integration installations, commissioning, and service experience, and strong customer service skills.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, load updated files with programmers, and complete system configuration and testing. We offer a competitive base salary, employer-matched medical and dental insurance after 60 days, a 401K match, monthly

• A competitive base salary $55k-$85k+/yr (DOE).
