Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience is a must.
• At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning and service.
• Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry is a must.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak levels.
• Collaborate with programmers to load updated files.
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
