Job summary

CTI, a leading audiovisual provider in Milwaukee, seeks an AV Service Specialist to support installed AV systems across client spaces. You’ll troubleshoot, tune, and maintain displays, audio, video walls, and conferencing platforms while delivering a fantastic customer experience.

You’ll work with Crestron, Extron, Biamp and other platforms, respond to service calls promptly, and collaborate with programmers to load updates. A strong customer-service background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial AV integration installations and preventative maintenance.
• Strong customer-service experience and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot Displays, audio systems, video walls, and conferencing platforms.
• Willingness to learn and work independently with guidance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls for installed AV systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with displays, projection, video walls, audio, and conferencing platforms.
• Perform preventative maintenance and collaborate with programmers to load updates.
• Document tickets and provide customer-facing support.
