Job summary

CTI is seeking an Audio Visual Integration Technician for our Grand Rapids branch. You will install AV systems, rack fabrication, cable termination, and support ongoing maintenance while interacting with clients to ensure a superior experience.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently on-site. Training and a collaborative environment are provided to help you grow in AV technology.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred but not required; relevant experience considered.
• Customer service experience is essential and highly valued.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass background checks.
• 2+ years AV/IT installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install audio, video, control systems, and video conferencing equipment.
• Rack fabrication.
• Pull and terminate a variety of cables.
• Read drawings/blueprints.
• Service and system maintenance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
