Job summary

Conference Technologies is seeking an Audiovisual Integration Technician to install audio, video, control systems and video conferencing gear in client environments around Detroit/Novi, MI. The role requires physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds and travel up to 50%.

You should have AV/IT installation experience (2+ years), strong customer-service skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating clearly with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree preferred, but not required.
• Customer Service Experience is a must.
• AV/IT Networking: 2+ years of installation experience required.

What are your responsibilities?

• Install audio, video, control systems, video conferencing equipment, etc.
• Rack fabrication
• Pull and terminate a variety of cables
• Read drawings/blueprints
• Service and system maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned

• Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
• AV/IT Networking: 2+ years of audio-visual installation experience required
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds over your head, have a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check and a Criminal Background Check
