Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training and certification requirements via Encore’s Learning Program.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily floor activities for timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment.
• Direct workflow of technicians and suggest operational efficiencies.
• Ensure flowsheets are updated and completed.
• Coordinate communications for event management with the team.
• Attend venue meetings as needed to align on events.
