Encore Global in Austin, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, focus on customer service, staff leadership and development, and oversee the technical team to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.

The role involves coordinating event setup, training technicians, maintaining equipment, and adhering to Encore procedures, with on-site duties and potential involvement in venue administration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training requirements per Encore's program.
• Must have knowledge of technical theory and advanced problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading workflow and team members.
• A valid driver’s license is required for roles operating Company vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely equipment setup, refresh and removal.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and suggests operational efficiencies.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Maintains coordinated communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings as needed.
• Provides excellent service and maintains client relationships.
• Meets with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Trains technicians on floor activities and Encore standards.
