Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, focusing on customer service and staff leadership. You will directly supervise the technical team to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction, and assist with location administrative duties for onsite operations and career development.

Responsibilities include organizing daily activities, supervising technicians, and ensuring AV setups meet standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must complete all required training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities for timely equipment setup, refresh and removal.
• Directs technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management and Workforce.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and communications are coordinated for events.
• Provides excellent service and maintains positive client relationships on site.
• Trains technicians on floor activities and Encore standards; mentors new hires.
• Oversees AV equipment setup, operation and breakdown; troubleshoots issues.
• Leads security, storage and maintenance of equipment; participates in inventory processes.
