Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking a Service Manager for our Maui Lexus and Subaru dealership to lead a team of auto service professionals. You will oversee day-to-day operations, dispatch personnel, and ensure repairs are completed safely and efficiently while meeting department targets.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience in dealership service management. You will manage warranty processing, use DealerTrack, and foster customer satisfaction while driving

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• AS Degree in Auto Technology and ASE certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Minimum three years of auto dealership service management experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Consultants to hit sales and customer service targets.
• Supervise Dispatchers and Auto Technicians for safe, timely repairs.
• Direct Lot Attendants to move vehicles and shuttle customers safely.
• Monitor warranty administration for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify safety or regulatory issues and implement corrective actions.
