Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of dealership Service Manager experience
• 2+ years directly managing a team
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

• Lead, develop, and inspire the Service team to achieve performance and customer experience goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee service processes, warranties, and contracts; ensure legibility and legality of repair orders.
