Job summary

OPmobility seeks a Senior Account Manager to own North America customer relationships across Sales and Marketing, driving opportunities from identification through launch. The role demands experience in automotive sales, strategic planning, and financial understanding to craft competitive quotes and agreements.

You will engage cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations, delivering high-impact presentations and maintaining market intelligence to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales, marketing, or key account management experience.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize early business opportunities with assigned customers using CRM to document targets and progress.
• Translate customer needs into OPmobility solutions and prepare competitive proposals.
• Lead negotiations covering quotations, terms, warranties, and contracts.
• Support program management by quoting changes and resolving major issues.
• Build relationships across purchasing, engineering, and operations to enable growth and launches.
• Deliver strategic customer presentations and plant visits to strengthen partnerships.
• Maintain market intelligence on future programs, localization, and pricing.
