• Ability to run agenda-driven meetings, virtual or in person.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships at all corporate levels within the assigned customer base.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and client-facing activities.
• Review and analyze customer performance data and metrics.
• Manage onboarding, deliverables, and training for new customers.
• Respond rapidly to customer needs and maintain high service levels.
