Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, PM or related field.
• 10+ years automotive experience, Tier 1/2 preferred.
• 5+ years direct PM experience managing automotive programs.
• Experience leading multiple complex programs across customers.
• Strong knowledge of complex assembly and manufacturing environments.
• Industrialization and launch experience with product development to serial production.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and customer requirements.
• Ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with program profitability, budgets and capital expenditures.
• English required; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple complex automotive programs across customers, ensuring objectives, timing, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Own programs from development and industrialization through launch, ramp-up, and production readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and others.
• Manage program timing, milestones, risks, resources, budgets, tooling investments and EBIT.
• Serve as primary customer interface, managing expectations and commercial changes.
• Support quotations, feasibility reviews and new business opportunities with Sales.
• Ensure APQP, industrialization, validation, launch and production readiness per requirements.
• Drive governance across teams and secure leadership support for deliverables.
