Job summary

VIP, Inc. seeks a Master Technician in Merrimack, NH to diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems while upholding VIP safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes effective communication and teamwork to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journal and procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Explain vehicle information to customers and respond to questions.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to basic automotive problems.

Responsibilities

• Makers sure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow safety policies.
• Provide diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for vehicles per ASE topics.
• Ensure a valid Service Work Order is initiated and displayed during service.
• Complete MPI prior to service and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement Process.
• Return unused parts to Desk Team and manage cores/tires per policy.
• Maintain productivity targets (70-100% depending on role) and assist in shop maintenance.
