Job summary

You will service engine, transmission, brakes, electrical systems, and more, maintain service orders, complete training, and pursue ASE certifications in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, and procedures.
• Explain vehicle information to customers and respond to questions.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to automotive problems.
• Interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.
• Perform automotive services listed in the ASE scope.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workplace safety as Priority #1.
• Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for automotive systems.
• Initiate and display a valid Service Work Order during service.
• Complete MPI and participate in the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement Process.
• Return unused parts and manage cores/batteries per policy.
• Maintain 16-week productivity targets for Master Technician level.
• Follow VIP quality service policies and complete required training.
