Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Master Technician to perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on automotive systems. The role emphasizes safety, accurate service orders, and adherence to VIP processes while delivering quality service to customers.

The Master Technician will complete required training, advance ASE certifications, and support the 5-for-5 customer engagement process as part of a safe and productive shop environment.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, and procedures.
• Explain vehicle information to customers and respond to questions from coworkers.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to basic automotive problems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow safety policies.
• Provide diagnoses, repair, and maintenance for automotive systems including ASE areas.
• Ensure Service Work Orders are initiated, displayed, and completed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and equipment.
