Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems, ensuring work is done right the first time. The role emphasizes safety, communication, teamwork, and adherence to VIP processes as you service customers.

You will handle ASE-aligned tasks, use diagnostic tools, and complete work orders while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journal and procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide automotive systems diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services per ASE areas.
• Ensure Service Work Order is initiated and displayed during service.
• Complete MPI prior to service and participate in the 5-for-5 process.
• Return unused parts to the Desk Team after service.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area and shop.
