Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems in a fast-paced shop. The technician will ensure safety policies are followed, manage service work orders, and uphold VIP’s customer-first standards. The role requires ASE certifications and state inspections.

The Master Technician will train on VIP processes, participate in ongoing LMS modules, and maintain high productivity while delivering quality service to customers across all vehicle systems.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, and procedures.
• Explain vehicle information clearly to customers and respond to questions.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to basic automotive problems.
• Must obtain ASE certifications per position as outlined by VIP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow all safety policies.
• Provide diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on automotive systems for customers.
• Initiate and display a valid Service Work Order during service with vehicle.
• Complete required training and certifications for the position.
