Job summary

Virginia Tire & Auto is seeking a Senior Service Advisor in Virginia to lead a team of service advisors, drive sales, and ensure top-notch customer care. You will be the expert on vehicle systems, tire products, and the VTA offerings, guiding customers to appropriate repairs and services.

The role involves writing estimates, ordering parts, and billing service orders while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Understanding of complex vehicle systems and how to diagnose vehicles and repairs needed.
• Help develop knowledge of Service Advisors by assisting them with selling more complex recommendations as needed.
• Professional appearance and reliable driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert on Virginia Tire & Auto sales procedures and initiatives: Warm Welcome, Fond Farewells, Phone Process, etc.
• Sell tires, services and products, and communicate benefits to customers.
• Document and convey recommendations from the Production team.
• Write estimates and order parts for services as needed.
• Create and bill out all sales orders.
• Meet or exceed company sales goals and customer service standards.
• Maintain customer relationships by updating on vehicle status and promised times.
• Serve as the point person for communications to and from your team.
